The Work Stuff 📈
Tell us about your background. What led you to DMT?
I come from a marketing background working in paid search. On the day I was sent an invite from DMT, I was here two hours later, and that was that.
What is something unique that you think you bring to the role?
I’ve got experience working with search ads set up in different formats: more traditional manual bidding and current models that use more automation. I’ve also got experience with Microsoft and Apple app ads.
What’s something you want your colleagues to know about you?
I’m a big film fan - bring me your top recommendations.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Trustworthy, thoughtful, good-natured.
What’s your favourite cultural moment from the past year and why?
What’s your hobby or passion project outside of work?
I’m a fan of music - I really enjoy seeing people live, and I’m a big fan of hip-hop.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
I’m a big comic book fan.
What causes are you supportive of, and why?
Teenage Cancer Trust - it deals with a disease I’ve seen affect people first-hand.

Rain Bar, especially when the weather’s good.
If you were a social media platform, which one would you be and why?
I really only use Instagram, so I’d have to choose by default.
Who would be your five dream dinner party guests, dead or alive?
Bernie Sanders, Stan Lee, Saturo Iwata, Hayao Miyazaki, and Hideo Kojima.
