Last but certainly not least, we have Caitlin, the newest edition to our Design team. A true creative soul, she sat down to tell us about her experimentation with different artistic mediums and her love of memes.
The Work Stuff 📈
Tell us about your background. What led you to this career/industry?
I studied Art History at university and was given the opportunity to study design. I have always enjoyed creating things and trying out different mediums which led me to experiment with Photoshop and Illustrator during the initial lockdown! I discovered that I really enjoyed messing around with these programs to create content which led me to find this position at DMT!
What is something unique that you think you bring to the role?
It maybe isn’t a very unique quality to bring to a design team but I think my creativity is something I bring to the role.
What’s something you want your colleagues to know about you?
I am a little shy initially but once you get to know me I’m very outgoing!

What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Weird, funny and creative.
What’s your hobby or passion project outside of work?
Anything to do with art! I love painting and drawing, most recently I learnt how to make a rug with a punch needle!
