BathroomsByDesign is the UK’s leading designer bathroom specialist, helping customers create the bathroom of their dreams and providing affordable luxury.

The client has over 25 years’ experience in designing and supplying bathrooms, and offer some of the finest bathroom products on the market across a range of different styles.

With two state-of-the-art showrooms in Richmond and Brentford, BathroomsByDesign offer the complete bathroom design experience, from design and creation through to fitting and aftercare.

The Challenge

The client had made a start on social media but wanted to hand such a large project over to a team of experts. They wanted to use social media to help build brand awareness, as well as to generate high-quality leads.

In addition to the standard social media channels that we offer – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram – BathroomsByDesign also wanted to have a presence on Pinterest, YouTube, Houzz and Homify. Each of these platforms required a different approach.

Our Solution

We firstly gained access to all of the social accounts that the client wished for us to work on. We ensured that all of these platforms was optimised correctly for maximum success.

Our initial focus was to start posting consistent content that was right for each platform, and to start growing the audience – especially across Facebook and Instagram.

Once the look and feel of each platform was improved, we began to run advertising campaigns. Our main focus was Facebook, where we ran a mixture of brand awareness, lead generation and click to site adverts.

We worked closely with the client to ensure that we were kept up to date with the latest products, news and promotions that were in the pipeline.

The Result

We have produced some amazing results on the BathroomsByDesign project in just a short space of time. We generated the following:

  • Facebook likes have increased by 97%, helping the client compete with larger, national bathroom companies.
  • Over 100 leads from our first campaign, serving the ad to 40,000 individual users at a cost of £12 per lead.
  • Quarter of a million impressions to date, with our ads running at an average of 4p per engagement.
