The Client

Femme Luxe are a current, classy and forward-thinking online fashion brand with a strong social following. With a wide range of women’s clothing for all occasions, Femme Luxe believe in offering a new era in style, delivering the biggest trends at affordable prices. Femme Luxe operates on a global scale, and releases new styles every week.

The Challenge

The client wanted to outsource their paid social and PPC after previously working on these channels in-house. By outsourcing, they would save time and gain the support of an expert team, at a cost-effective price tag. They approached other agencies but due to Digital Media Team’s results with some of their similar competitors, they decided to take us on.

In terms of PPC, the client wanted us to manage and implement an effective and profitable Search and Display campaign as part of their existing marketing activity.

Our Solution

In terms of paid social, our approach was to add another aspect to their marketing funnel – retention. Retention helps bring happy customers back into the marketing mix. This offered a whole new revenue stream for the business which wasn’t previously tapped into.

We also improved the client’s retargeting strategy. Previously their social retargeting set-up was very basic. We generated a path to purchase for the user and also segmented the channels, helping to vastly increase the revenue generated through retargeting.

From a PPC side of things, we decided to align our strategy to implement both a dynamic search and branded search targeted set up. Branded search implementation makes good business sense because with most brands there are competitors that will indirectly be bidding without your knowledge. Our advice is to adopt and implement brand search as a part of your overall PPC activity, which will bolster and add value to your brand at a reasonable cost level. Additionally we implemented Dynamic Search ads into the client’s PPC account activity.

The Result

We generated the following results for the client in our initial stages:

  • Generated £9089.24 from a spend of £283, which is a ROAS of £32.02
  • Increased the revenue generated through retargeting by 31.25%, adding an extra £10k a week of revenue from the same budget
  • Increased PPC ROAS by 900%, reducing cost by 59% and increasing revenue by 300% up to £17.2k.
