LSH Auto own and operate over 143 Mercedes-Benz dealerships internationally. Its UK dealerships are based in and around Birmingham and Manchester, offering Mercedes owners and buyers in these areas an outstanding quality of service.
As the world’s largest Mercedes-Benz retailer, LSH Auto is devoted to customer service, and believe in providing the very highest level of care, keeping customers coming back time after time.
There are Facebook pages set up for each LSH Auto branch. Before we approached the client, the social content was based on suggestions from Mercedes-Benz, and was quite generic. It was also proving to be a lot of time and effort for the LSH staff, who have their own day to day roles to focus on.
In addition to improving the on-page content, the client also wished to increase inbound enquiries, increase footfall to the sites, generate test drives and, ultimately, sell cars.
We took charge of two of the LSH Auto pages - Mercedes-Benz of Macclesfield and Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham Central. Our first job was to optimise each page and to run an audit on how the social had been performing to date.
Next, we ran a competition on each page, giving users the chance to win vouchers for high-end local restaurants. This helped to raise the awareness of the showrooms - one thing the client wanted us to push. We pinned these competitions to the top of each page, and then began posting daily content.
We prepared lead generation adverts promoting the Mercedes-Benz 24 hour test drive service, which will be running in the very near future.
Our brand awareness campaigns helped refresh the two pages, opening up the brand to a new audience. Within a week we had:
- Increased the Macclesfield page likes by over 3,000%
- Put our adverts in front of over 120,000 users.
- Increased the Birmingham page likes by over 2,500%
