The Client

With over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, Rebellious Fashion pride themselves on offering the latest trends at affordable prices. Known for their wide variety of styles and cutting edge designs, their customers love them for their amazing going-out looks and their ability to provide a great fashion experience.

The Challenge

The client already had a well-established social presence, with 27k likes on Facebook and over 100k followers on Instagram. They already had a content team who were in charge of their organic posts, but they wanted us to come in to assist with their advertising. 

They wanted to boost their sales via social media advertising, helping them to compete with the big names in their industry such as Missguided, Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing. 

They wanted us to develop a paid social strategy to help drive site traffic, increase sales and boost revenue. 

Our Solution

Upon starting to work with the client we optimised their Facebook and Instagram pages to ensure they were working to their best capacity. We also started to invite anyone who had engaged with the Rebellious content to like the page, this helped grow our audience with relevant, interested users. We then set up a page growth campaign on Facebook to further grow our audience.

We developed a four step sales funnel, with the ultimate goal of gaining and retaining customers. The first step was brand awareness. We promoted organic content to users who we believed were likely to be interested in the brand. 

We also ran cold-audience adverts encouraging them to visit the Rebellious Site. By using discount codes and flash sales we began to appeal to users, helping us to build an audience for retargeting.

We then ran dynamic product ads to retarget interested users with the products that they had been looking at. This type of advertising is highly lucrative, and we soon generated incredible results.

The Result

Our advertising strategy produced some fantastic results for the client, who were very happy with their performance. In just a few short months we had:

  • Generated an ROI of £190.12 via retargeting activity
  • Retained a total return on ad spend of £88.98
  • Helped grow their audience to over 500k followers across both channels
