A Manchester Institution; Dimitri’s is a much beloved Greek & Mediterranean independent restaurant that has welcomed residents and visitors for over 25 years, found in the heart of Manchester’s city centre on Deansgate.

Dimitri’s is a Greek meze restaurant with a Manchester vibe. A firm favourite with Manchester residents and famous visitors, the walls in the restaurant are adorned with familiar faces.

With live music 4 days a week, the atmosphere in Dimitri’s is lively and welcoming. The picturesque outdoor terrace is also a treat in the summer months, with vines and olive branches offering a relaxing ambiance to your meal (or drinks).

The challenge.

Dimitri's had attempted to manage their social media in-house but due to being so busy, the team had struggled to keep their channels up to date with quality, consistent content. They simply wanted someone to take over who would be able to engage the local audience, promote their menu and events, and keep growing brand awareness of the Manchester institution.

The results.

We continued to grow Dimitri's followings across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We now have an audience of just under 20k to market the restaurant's organic content to. We started the client's Instagram from scratch and now have 2,000 followers and over 200 tagged photos under the hashtag #dimitrismanchester.
