The client wanted to outsource their paid social and PPC after previously working on these channels in-house. By outsourcing, they would save time and gain the support of an expert team, at a cost-effective price tag. They approached other agencies but due to Digital Media Team’s results with some of their similar competitors, they decided to take us on. Our core focus for the client was retargeting, as the client’s current set up was very basic. We knew that creating a clear path to purchase for the user would help to vastly increase the revenue generated by retargeting. In terms of PPC, the client wanted us to manage and implement an effective and profitable Search and Display campaign as part of their existing marketing activity.
The client originally had a full funnel ROAS of £9. We introduced new aspects to their social marketing funnel which generated them an extra £15,000 per week from minimal extra spend. In December, we increased ad spend by 30%, increasing ROAS by 33%. This resulted in a lot more revenue for the business and were able to exceed their profit goals by a considerable amount. In addition to this success, we increased PPC ROAS by 900%, reducing cost by 59% and increasing revenue by 300% up to £17.2k.
