The client.

Lavish Alice is an international contemporary womenswear label loved by A-List superstars. They are a contemporary label moving at the speed of the high-street whilst maintaining luxurious quality and craftsmanship. Creating ready-to-wear from a new perspective, Lavish Alice offers a fresh and unique mix of femininity with a modern edge.

Lavish Alice clothing comprises of feminine cuts with sartorially elegant details to create an aesthetic that’s unique to the brand. Sharp tailoring comes in the form of statement jumpsuits and blazers, while beautifully cut trousers pair with bodies and blouses. Lavish Alice embodies equisite details, bold palettes and feminine touches you never knew you needed.

The challenge.

Digital Media Team have worked alongside the client for a number of years, helping their paid social and PPC accounts grow from strength to strength. With a retail outlet in department store Selfridges now backing up an incredibly successful online presence, 2021 is set to be a huge year for all involved.

The client approached us during the build up to Black Friday, as they wanted to take on an agency who could streamline their paid advertising spend whilst generating a high return on ad spend. Having used different agencies in the past, Lavish Alice wanted to take their PPC campaigns to the next level, helping increase their Black Friday revenue compared to the previous year. With little time to prep for the campaign, we knew we had to work hard to improve on the client’s previous efforts.

The results.

Our initial Black Friday campaign with the client was a huge success. By optimising the campaigns correctly, we managed to increase efficiency whilst also experimenting with new strategies. The results were fantastic: – Scaled budgets by 1500%  – Increased ROAS by 27% – Introduced the brand into 5 different territories and smashed it – Increased transactions by 1323% – 2000% increase in sessions
