The Client.

Fun Arena is one of the largest indoor inflatable play arenas in the North West, located within Burscough Aerodrome. Fun Arena provides a fantastic destination for family days out, birthday parties and team-building workshops, where anyone and everyone can jump straight into the action. Entering a competitive market, the client needed a website that matched their high aspirations for their new venture.

The Challenge.

The client had a problematic initial launch. The website they previously had in place was a custom build and didn’t deliver on several levels – the design didn’t look how they wanted, the site didn’t perform how they expected, the booking functionality was buggy and difficult to manage, and the client had experienced several errors with billing their customers. We knew that in order to succeed in a competitive market, they needed a website that could deal with high demand and offer an enjoyable and simple user experience.

The Results.

We initially consulted with Fun Arena to establish a solid idea of what the ideal working solution was for them. We knew the site needed to look good, load fast, and streamline the booking experience for customers, while also allowing flexibility to change scheduling, add ticket types, and easily manage bookings and waivers. It also needed to be re-launched as quickly as possible. We went from consulting, through design, and to a fully built and launched website (including booking system setup and integration) in less than four weeks, working closely with the client, getting regular feedback and making amends accordingly.

The result was a website that looked as great as they wanted, loaded fast, and most importantly – resulted in a huge increase in on-site conversions, and great feedback from their customers regarding the experience.

After the client’s first month of using their new website, helped along by their paid social, PPC and email marketing services with DMT, they generated an incredible £98,265.47 in online revenue.
