The Client.

LullaBellz is a leading hair extension and accessory retailer that has taken social media by storm. Their affordable yet premium-quality products have become a favourite amongst influencers and celebrities, and their success continues to soar year after year.

The Challenge.

In November 2021, we launched TikTok ads for LullaBellz in the UK and US. Since the initial launch, we implemented the developer pixel to ensure this was set up correctly on the website. This contributed to effectively tracking conversion value and ROAS. 

We then built up enough data through the pixel from our paid TikTok traffic to be able to introduce effective retargeting on the account. 

Through our agency account manager, we were also able to get the account whitelisted for the following; 

  • Search Ads placement within TikTok.
  • Access to 'Purchase Intention' targeting through running an incentivised A/B for TikTok.

The Results.

The new pixel was implemented in May 2022. Since then, we have achieved a 3.55 ROAS and a cost-per-purchase of £9.85. Additionally, from year to date, we’ve increased our paid followers by 11K, impressions by 766% and profile visits by 110K (800%)!

We were able to achieve these results by implementing the following; 

  • Focused on best-performing organic creative.
  • Setup the developer pixel.
  • Introduced retargeting campaigns.
  • Tested and scaled best-performing prospecting audiences.
