With fresh styles dropping on-site each week, their customers are trend followers with a full social schedule. Since launching in 2013 in the UK, Miss G has grown exponentially and now ships on an international scale.
Miss G Couture approached dmt back in May 2021 to assist with their marketing efforts, more specifically, their paid social, PPC & email marketing. Focussing on email marketing, our main challenge was improving their low open, click and order value rates, their low engagement levels and their low revenue.
