Miss G Couture is a popular female fashion brand, with each piece handpicked and carefully selected by Miss G herself. With fresh styles dropping on-site each week, their customers are trend followers with a full social schedule. Since launching in 2013 in the UK, Miss G has grown exponentially and now ships on an international scale. 

The Challenge.

Miss G Couture approached dmt back in May 2021 to assist with their marketing efforts, more specifically, their paid social, PPC & email marketing. Focussing on email marketing, our main challenge was improving their low open, click and order value rates, their low engagement levels and their low revenue.

The Results.

  • Redesigned all flows/campaigns with a higher-quality, more clean style. 
  • Added a ‘birthday’ flow (uses customer data to send an incentive, encouraging purchases around their birthday).
  • Added discounts to encourage disengaged users. 
  • Implemented better use of influencer imagery. 
  • Matched campaigns with recent trends. 
  • Re-engaged segments that had been filtered out. 
  • Added design to the double opt-in to avoid spam filters. 
  • Redesigned and added a teaser to the website pop-up. 
  • Made campaigns more interactive.
