There's something different about seeing a product in person.
As marketers, we spend a lot of time working with product pages, creative assets and performance data. But every so often, it's important to step away from the screen and immerse ourselves in the brands we're helping to grow.
Last week, our team joined Spectrum Brands in London for two exciting product launches: the latest additions to the Remington ONE collection and the new Russell Hobbs Indulge range.
For us, days like this are about much more than attending an event. They're about understanding the products, collaborating with the client, and creating stronger campaigns from the very beginning of the customer journey.

Hosted in a salon just moments from Borough Market, the Remington event celebrated two new additions to the Remington ONE collection: the Power Dry & Smooth Brush and the Dry & Style Digital Hair Dryer.
Designed as multi-functional styling tools, the collection continues Remington's focus on making salon-quality styling simpler at home.
Alongside press and influencers, we had the opportunity to hear directly from the team behind the launch, watch live demonstrations from Remington's partner stylist, and experience the products first-hand, which is invaluable from a paid media perspective!
Holding the products, understanding their unique selling points and seeing them used in real life naturally led to conversations around future creative concepts, messaging angles and campaign ideas that simply wouldn't have happened by viewing the products online alone.
We also worked alongside the event photographer to capture the types of product imagery we know performs best across paid social and digital advertising.
The second event introduced the new Russell Hobbs Indulge collection, including the Bronte Stone Kettle & Toaster, Chilluxe Ice Cream Maker, JuiceLuxe Juicer and Cafe Genie Espresso Machine.
Guests were encouraged to experience each product exactly as consumers would. That meant fresh cucumber juice from the JuiceLuxe, iced lattes made with the Cafe Genie, and the highlight of the day, strawberry cheesecake ice cream freshly prepared using the Chilluxe!
While those moments certainly made the afternoon enjoyable, they also reinforced something we have always believed as an agency. The best creative comes from understanding how products fit into everyday life.
Rather than simply advertising features, we're able to build campaigns around real experiences, real use cases and the moments customers actually care about.
As Spectrum Brands' paid media agency, our role extends far beyond launching campaigns.
We're responsible for helping drive customers through the entire acquisition funnel, from the first impression through to conversion.
Spending time with the products and the teams behind them allows us to create stronger briefs, better-performing creative and more effective advertising across Google, Meta and other paid channels.
One of our biggest takeaways from the day was the value of close collaboration! Being able to discuss upcoming campaigns directly with the Spectrum Brands team, align on future creative concepts and capture assets specifically for paid media means we can move faster once campaigns go live.
It's a reminder that great performance marketing isn't built in isolation. It's built through strong partnerships, shared understanding and getting as close to the product as possible.
We're looking forward to bringing everything from the day into future campaigns across the Remington and Russell Hobbs brands and continuing to help Spectrum Brands grow through creative, data-led paid media.
