Say it with Diamonds

The client.

Say it with Diamonds are a jewellery company owned by two mums – Steph and Charlotte. At the beginning they worked from home, but soon realised they needed a separate space and began working in a small office in The Secret Warehouse. As orders started to go through the roof and the office was being used for everything – including client consultations – they knew it was time to scale up. Having opened their first store in Liverpool, the pair now own two stores, opening a Manchester branch in May 2019. With their shop thriving and website up and running, successes just keep coming for Say it with Diamonds.

The challenge.

Having demonstrated a successful business model both in the retail and online worlds, Steph and Charlotte wanted to take the next steps forward in marketing their popular business. The Say it with Diamonds Instagram had already amassed a loyal following, but the pair had never tried their hands at paid advertising before enlisting the help of Digital Media Team. The challenge was to take their success and apply it to a paid media strategy. Their social pages also need optimising and there were errors with their Facebook pixel which needed fixing before work could begin.

The results.

Despite having never advertised before, SIWD got off to a solid start. Implementing a full-funnel strategy allowed us to hit users at all stages of the buying journey, from awareness through to consideration and ultimately purchase. The client's results from their first few weeks of service are as follows: an average purchase ROAS of just over 10, over 4,000 link clicks and a steady stream of purchases. This foundation paves the way for future success and scalability.
