Forever Unique is a luxury fashion brand specialising in ladies occasion wear. Established by Seema Malhotra and her husband Sandeep in 2008, Forever Unique has paved the way for accessible and affordable designer fashion, being a go-to brand for celebrities on the red carpet.
The client had already established a huge online following, spurred on by Seema’s Real Housewives of Cheshire fame, and had become a firm favourite with glamorous women across the UK and beyond. They already had a team working solidly their organic posts, but they needed assistance with their paid social in order to take things to the next level. They wanted to put their paid social in the hands of a fashion-focused agency who could improve their ROAS whilst scaling up budgets.
We took the client on just ahead of Black Friday, allowing us to get their accounts in order ahead of the busiest sales period of the year. We increased performance by hitting a much larger cold audience, managing budgets correctly and optimising the account. By doing so we have brought a much larger audience to the site. This audience was highly motivated and the number of products viewed and add to carts drastically increased. From this we were able to put more money into retargeting and offer incentives to bring users back to site to purchase.By implementing a full funnel strategy, we managed to in increase sales by 400%, doubling their return on ad spend whilst scaling up budgets considerably.
