OTTY

The client.

With so many different products on the market, buying a mattress often turns into a confusing minefield. Common issues customers encounter revolve around memory foam, which is great for comfort but lacks support and is known to cause the sleeper to overheat at night, and the springs, which offer great for support but on their own, lack comfort.

Other issues include mattress covers which are non-removable, often storing sweat, dead skin cells, germs and bacteria. OTTY aimed to create a mattress that overcomes these issues, as well as other common problems, designing a product far better than those already on the market.

The OTTY mattress combines encapsulated pocket springs, luxurious reflex foam and unique Cool Blue Gel-infused memory foam layer, with supported and strengthened sides, increased air flow border and a removable and washable cover, to offer the perfect night’s sleep.

The OTTY mattress provides comfort, support and temperature control, allowing customers to sleep fresh every night and more importantly, it is attainable by everyone thanks to its leading price point.

The challenge.

The client came to us as they wanted to see an improvement in their results from Facebook advertising. Facebook had recently become their largest advertising channel in terms of spend, and equipped with a healthy budget, they wanted to outsource their paid social in order to test new audiences and creatives, to ultimately maximise the potential of their advertising account.

The results.

We helped to clean up OTTY’s ad account and initially identified a number of quick ‘wins’ which helped drove ROAS from the start. The client’s account was sitting on a ROAS of £2 when we took the reins. Within two months, we had decreased the ad spend by nearly 50% and increased the ROAS to 5.62, resulting in an increase of 286% for revenue figures.
