The Couture Club is a Manchester-based fashion brand with a strong online presence and retail stores in the UK. Focused on offering a street style with premium quality yet high street prices, The Couture Club is affordable, approachable and aspirational. Inspired by the idea that, ‘If you can’t buy it… make it’, the owners did just that.
The client had built a loyal following, growing a strong fan-base across social media and was rising in popularity with a number of retail stores on top of their website. The client was already outsourcing their paid social and PPC but needed assistance to help increase ROAS and brand awareness to take them to the next level.
Within just a couple of months the client's accounts were outperforming their previous results. We had soon grown them to be hitting an average ROAS of £35, this was a 66% increase in return on investment and a 50% increase in revenue. To summarise: - Doubled weekly transactions - Increased ROAS by 98% - Decreased cost per purchase by 58% - Sales increased by 102% - Decreased CPMs 34%. For PPC: Cost (+48%), Conversions (+297%), Revenue (+251%), ROAS (+137%). We took a very basic account set-up to the next level. To achieve the revenue increase YoY we pushed a high proportion of budget into Google’s Shopping platform whilst making unprofitable search campaigns a thing of the past. Additional Display activity was introduced through Google’s Smart Shopping platform to retarget previous visitors and capitalise on the additional touch points required to complete the customer journey.
